The “Grand Tour” Room

Guests will immediately feel welcomed by the warm colours of this room. The Liberty-style bed by Majorelle, founder of the Nancy school, perfectly accompanies the wardrobe with Decò mirrors, the consol in forged iron and the French night table. The old travelling cases with a Cartel lamp act as a bedside table while the carriage trunk will remind guests of scenes in old films depicting travellers in bygone years, as well as acting as useful storage space. Curtains hanging from old billiard cues decorate the two windows and are in keeping with the antique billiards scoreboard, which is used to frame a poetry by Fabrizio De André.
